Sawhill Kitchen Bath and Remodel

After interviewing a few design build firms we selected Sawhill for our full kitchen remodel and we're so glad we did. Our project was extensive and included closing in an exterior door and window, opening the kitchen to the dining room, opening the dining room more to the living room, and taking the kitchen down to the studs and reconfiguring the entire space to make it functional and beautiful in our 1940 home. We added an island and peninsula and brought hard wood floors into the kitchen. The project stayed on schedule and on budget. Our designer Tricia worked with us to find a design that truly fit our family and how we planned to use the space. Once the demo started, the entire project was done within 9 weeks. We engaged Sawhill for a kitchen remodel in late 2023 to collaborate on a kitchen remodel (wall removal, archway duplication, entryway closure, cabinets, floor resurfacing, new appliances, wallpaper, painting, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures). We vetted many other design/build firms with a plan on achieving our goals for the project, specifically: reputability, design portfolio, expertise, budget, customer service, and timelines. Sawhill scheduled us a meeting with one of their designers to see if they were a good fit. Tricia, our design partner, met with us with a number of samples, fixture recommendations, and general design ideas that we responded favorably to. My wife and I engaged Sawhill to work with us and our designer, Michal Crosby on a kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
