I have used ScanMyPhotos several times and their work is perfect every time. Great customer service too. Most recently I sent them several old snapshots 70+ years old and super clean scans came back, enabling me to retouch every photo so they were better than the originals. I'm adding a few examples . . .

Forgot about the box of photos that were scanned in 2011. Daughter getting married and needed to find particular photo. Opened mailing box for the first time, popped disk into reader, could not find an app to read it. This is now 2026. Contacted Scanmyphoto for advice. Within 10 days I had a usb stick with all the photos. No charge just customer satisfaction. I was overjoyed to go through these photos from long ago, quality was excellent, problem solved. Thank you.

When it comes to preserving cherished photos it doesn't get any better than Scan My Photos. I've used the service several times. The image quality is first-rate, the customer service is top tier and the turnaround times (even without rush charges) brings a smile. People always say if their house was burning down, the first thing they'd try to save is their family photos. Digitizing a lifetime of memories is the best insurance policy money can buy and you couldn't find a more trustworthy supplier than Scan My Photos!

This company is fantastic!!! I used them 5 years ago and everything went as planned no surprises and delivered as promised. Unfortunately, 5 years later I lost the download and couldn't access the photos on thumb drive. I sent them the drive and they were able to recaputre everything plus send me a new link and thumb drive. Incredible communicators and fast customer service. I would trust them with my most precious memories anytime.

I trusted ScanMyPhotos with my father's 60+ year old slides from his days in military service. Some slides were so dark I didn't know what was in the picture. All the pictures came back much better than I expected. Customer service answered my questions promptly and I will definitely use ScanMyPhotos again.
