One of the most incompetent companies I have ever worked with. Tim, one of the contractors, is undependable and consistently lies. I have been trying to get insurance related issues taken care of since May 14th. They have not shown up to many appointments and lied about their ability to meet deadlines. They have ordered things without my approval, which had to be returned. They left a huge pallet in my front yard for two weeks after completing the roof, I came home from a business trip and had to clean it myself. I have nearly begged on three different occasions to just pay them for the work already done (the roof) so I can find someone else. July 12th I finally had to track down the owner of the company, Robert. He is no better. It is now August 7th and I cannot get him to answer his phon
