I called and spoke to Marilyn and asked if I could get a quote to have some outlets added to my home. Marilyn told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could do anything for us and I replied that I was merely looking for a quote. She then told me that they work on an individual basis and do not provide quotes. Thinking she misunderstood me, I clarified and asked again, "you don't provide quotes for work you perform?" and she replied "No". I don't think I could have been more clear that I just wanted pricing to shop around and find a competitive price, I don't think that is too much to ask any business.

Wonderful people, did an excellent job! Professional while laid back and comfortable to talk with regarding the work. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Very polite and happily worked around the baby toys and large dog!

Schaffner-Valouch installed kitchen recessed lights, ceiling fan and rerouted kitchen wiring and did a very professional job! They also came for a last minute call when none of the lights worked in a room because I had an inexperienced person try to fix a fan. Ladies If you are looking for a HONEST, RELIABLE and REASONABLE company, call them.

They are great! They did all of the electrical work in our home that we built in 2000 and I've used them in rental homes. They're on time, reasonable, and they listen.
