I scheduled a cleaning with Sam in the summer to clean our carpet that had been under the abuse of three basset hounds and a toddler. He was incredibly friendly and had provided me with some great background information about how lots of people notice pet odors in the summer because of the increased humidity. He was absolutely right! I was able to get them out here (Gary-New Duluth) within about a week. Josh and Louis came out and were punctual, friendly, and very efficient! They were very gracious with my daughter and any questions I threw their way. They did some quick measurements, were very upfront about their (very reasonable) pricing, and got to work cleaning our stairs, hallway, and living room. They even spritzed up our recliner that one of my dogs seems to think is a popsicle...

I had them clean my 100% wool area rug.. he brought it back looking brand new. I now have had it down for 5 years with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and me who spills everything.. there is a lot of nasty dirty on this rug.. I called today to come pick it up. I have total confidence it will come back looking beautiful!!

Sam and Josh were excellent. I needed a more thorough carpet cleaning after getting a new puppy. They came in and explained everything, quickly got to work, were efficient, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again for carpet cleaning.

What a great and reliable company! We had our carpets cleaned after our dog passed away. The areas cleaned also were riddled with stains from three young kiddos. Schemmer’s was on time and professional. They actually came back two times to readdress problem stains for no additional fee. I will note that immediately after application and cleaning the carpet smelled so fresh, but as they dried the smell of wet dog showed up. This did go away and the smelliest area (stairs) was cleaned again.

My husband and I had Schemmer's out to clean our living room carpet and a rug today. The guys were on time, courteous, and they did a fabulous job!! They got our stains out too!! I would highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future! Thanks again! Pat and Shelley G.
