Schlaefer Masonry

I got three quotes... Bobby's quote was in the middle. The low quote wanted to rip out entire floor, use 4" new concrete. I was skeptical... especially after reading that 6" is preferred for garage floors. Bobby suggested "at least" 6", and only repair the damaged section... no need to touch the other parts... since it's in excellent condition otherwise. I agreed, and also, based on his reviews... chose him. Well... he did not disappoint, as you can see in the before and after images. He brings a high-level of knowledge and craftsmanship. He ensured there is proper drainage by creating a front bevel to shed water away from the garage, and an inner slope consistent with existing floor to direct car water into the drain. By the way, he took the rusted drain, and painted it grey to match

Bobby did a perfect job repairing our front steps, pathway, and improving the drainage. Great communication, and his team is incredibly efficient and hard-working. We love how the front of the house looks now. Strongly recommend!
