I had a great experience with two of your employees, Alex and Gabe. They efficiently replaced a part on my boiler that was discovered not working as part of my gold star Maintenance. They followed through with the job and the part was ordered and installed within a couple weeks. This shows me excellent teamwork on the part of Schneider Heating And Air-conditioning.

Alex came over and inspected our furnace which was running and shutting off constantly. Alex did a great job explaining what was wrong with the furnace and was proactive in performing a little maintenance as well. Very polite and informative. Very nice technician to work with.
