Schneider provides a lifetime warranty for a roof. He replaced my roof after Hurricane Ida. However, if you have any problems with the roof, he does not honor the warranty. His company did a good job installing the roof. About 4 years later I discovered two entryways into my attic. A squirrel family moved in. These two entryways were probably an oversight by the roofing crew. An honest mistake. The problem is Schneider was not helpful or cooperative when asked to fix it. All he had to do was honor his agreement and be nice about it.
