Schoenfelder Renovations

We are a Contractor Company with Power Control Electric. Schoenfelder Renovations hired us to do a job in Hyatt Hotel in Detroit, the point of Contact for us is Nick Nick is wonderful to work with. Every time we needed something Nick was right there for us, evenings and weekends he was available to make sure we were all set. Any potential issues that arose during the project were handled, by Nick and his team, swiftly and skillfully. I can not recommend this company enough. Nick did wonderful job with all other contractors as well, including us. We highly respect and love to work with Nick. We will be working on the Hyatt project in Indianapolis. We would love to continue do business with Schoenfelder Renovations and Nick, of course, because we enjoy working with him. I Recommend Nick

The Sheraton Ann Arbor Renovation was GREAT and the reason it was so GREAT was due to the fact that we worked with a professional TEAM like Schoenfelder Renovations. This was my 1st time working with them and their team starting with Mark Schoenfelder Owner, Mike Wehmoff Leadership, Patrick Mooney Supervision and support from their team at home with Aaron Zondervan and Eric Langaard. This was one of the smoother renovations that I have worked on and it was because of the constant communication that Mike and I had daily via Smartsheet and Patrick and his team working around occupancy as well as dealing with National Pandemic Covid-19. With all that said and done they finished the project on time with Ownership very happy with results and design ecstatic with the finishes. GREAT PROJECT

Schoenfelder renovations did a wonderful job at our community "Village At The Falls". They have wonderful craftsmanship and also took time and dedication on the projects they were in charge of! Sean P was very kind and personable and very helpful though out the project. On behalf of the Village At The Falls community we would like to say thank you for all the hard work everyone on your team did!

They charged an outrageous amount to replace a few pieces of wood and do a terrible job of applying fresh stain over rotten wood on my community’s footbridge. Terrible. Would NEVER recommend this company!

Schoenfelder Renovation's is one of our preferred GC's for the past 4 1/2 years and has done multiple projects across the country for us involving the Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt brands spectrum. They have been great to work with and have completed their projects to our utmost satisfaction while also building great relationships with our Operations team and can be counted on to get the job done! Just recently completing a hotel renovation in the greater New York City area for me and with Gene Eckstein as the PM for Schoenfelder had one of the best punch walks in recent memory with their project team there.
