Built new home and builder contracted though Schultz’s for all our cement work. Had front steps poured 3 times and still couldn’t get it right. Used crooked scrap wood each time from nearby dumpsters to frame them. Had to hire another concrete contractor to replace them to get them to look decent during build. Two years later the entire front porch lip is now cracking and falling off. Back patio has no rebar and continues to settle and crack. Horrible quality concrete and workmanship from this company and now we are having to have it all replaced, costing us thousands of dollars!!

I’m unable to give a rating on work completed. I am giving one star for ridiculously poor scheduling and communication skills. I received a quote on 8.15.24 from Al Schultz at Shultz Enterprises. On 9.20.24 I finally received a date (9.30.24) to begin tear out of my driveway. On 9.30.24 I received a text notifying me they had a few jobs to finish up and it might happen on 10.2 or 10.3. I asked for an update on 10.3. Received a text on 10.6 that they’d like to do tear out and pour on 10.10 and 10.11 respectively. Received a text Thursday morning that his tear out guy cancelled on him. On 10.15 I received a text asking if they could do tear out that day. I said yes. They never showed. No call, no text.
