Craig found hail damage when two other roofers didn't, so we could make an insurance claim. That saved us $24,000. He communicated with us well. Many times you don't know what's going on with a project like this but he made sure we did. He and his crew were courteous and professional. He got it done in a timely manner. I called Shultz Roofing for an inspection after several hail/rain storms within a week caused a small leak near a stove pipe in my ceiling. Raymond Rivera came to my house within 24 hours and conducted a thorough inspection. He is very experienced in dealing with insurances and explained the process to me. He also worked with my insurance company to assure I was paid for ALL damage. His crew did an awesome job, taking off the old shingles and putting on new ones in one day. I had 4 different roofing companies come out and Craig was the only one who actually has years of experience installing roofs himself. The others just came to take measurements, send data to the central office, and come back with a quote. Craig was also the only one who actually did the math and calculations to ensure proper intake and outtake vents were being installed where other roofers just took guesses at what they felt was correct (or would have improperly balanced intake & outtake by not doing the math correctly). I could not recommenced this company enough for anyone who needs repairs and/or replacement. Craig is honest, upfront and will tell you what you need to hear/know even if it isn't what you want to hear.
