Laura the Showroom Consultant at the Timonium location was very helpful and professional when I was choosing my kitchen faucet. Everything with Laura went smoothly from sending us a quote right away, following up with emails and calling us when our faucet came in . I chose the Rohl Campo and she made sure when I picked it up, it was the right style in polished nickel silver as I had ordered. Teach your drivers how to operate a truck. One of your drivers pulled right out in front of me on Aylesbury road and I literally had to swerve not to hit them. Beeped my horn and the driver threw his hand out the window. When it was their fault. Looks really bad for the business to employ people that don’t know how to drive big trucks and don’t care about people’s safety. Also doesn’t make me want to get any services from you guys in the future.

called their parkville branch received a quote for a part which was $75.26 after tax. They only had the part in the Timonium branch so I had to drive there to go get it. When I got there, the final sales price was $88.36 Which is about a 10% increase of what I was quoted after tax. I asked the gentleman at the counter why the price was so different and he told me that it was because of whoever was ringing it up. all this to say they had no problem adding %10 on top of the price i was originally quoted.

I just stopped in the store to try to figure out how to repair a faucet at my house. Kary was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. It was just so appreciated. This place is awesome for your plumbing and bathroom and kitchen needs. Highly recommend.

Kudos to Kate for great customer service!! She was very knowledgeable about the products, vendors and was so patient with us when making the many decisions with our bathroom reno. This included time to delivery since suppliers vary widely. Great showroom. Delivery day was coordinated and communicated well!
