Scotts LawnService

At the end of last summer, Scott's sent a rep to fertilize our yard and he ended up severely over applying the fertilizer. We were left with several giant patches of burnt up/dead grass. This spring despite us telling them that we wanted to cancel our service they came out and re applied more fertilizer and billed us. We called immediately and said we did not authorize this action and we would not pay until they dead spots were repaired. They did come out and lay sod (albeit unsatisfactorily) and then sent our bill to collections.
