I got in contact with Screenwork contractor through my wife's father, at first everything went alright with the communication and time frame, but after the pool was done and paid in full cash is when problems started, the concrete was left all cracked all over the deck ( which i understand because concrete cracks ) but there are plenty of techniques to cover up the cracks, if it was one single crack i will ignore it, but it is all over, the pool deck was left with foot prints, plenty of spots were not painted correctly, the deck seems like is not even level properly because on each corner there are a puddle of water that doesn't go out by itself, i have to remove it because otherwise mold will grow there, all the outside walls of the deck were left unfinished. This company has taken substantial payments from multiple customers, performed limited work, and then abandoned the projects without completion. Based on information from affected clients, there are currently approximately six customers dealing with unfinished projects as of January 24, 2026. The company is in breach of contract due to work abandonment. The owner, Dave Scott Noe, has ceased responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails from customers seeking resolution. Collectively, affected clients report losses totaling more than $400,000 for work that remains incomplete. The company is currently under investigation by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Customers are advised to exercise extreme caution before engaging this contractor.

Customer service was excellent and the sales manager(Diane) was very straight forward and super helpful in figuring out a realistic pool renovation budget and keeping us well grounded in order for us to make sound decisions. We will do future business with them and will definitely refer to friends and family.

We had screens replaced on our pool cage. They were quick, friendly, professional, checked for additional issues, gave honest feedback, and cleaned up after themselves. The quote was what we expected, so not overpriced. They were responsive, answered all our questions, and we were overall quite pleased.
