This people are an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or energy on getting any type of service from them. The technician walks in my house and walks out within 5 seconds and said that he cannot diagnose the problem with my dishwasher because I removed the bottom cover and had not placed it back prior to his arrival. Saying their policy doesn’t allow them to work on someone else’s work. The absolutely ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I removed it to see if perhaps something was loose or the motor may have been dying; you would think it was taken completely apart and I was looking for them to put it back together. If you are unskilled, just say that! And if you have strict policies of not removing the bottom cover state that upfront. So I will come and update my review after I find a skil

They offered a same day appointment, showed up on time and technician was very familiar with the brand of appliance. Sammy was thorough in his repair and reinstall of my stackable washer/dryer. Could not have asked for a more professional repair experience! I am pleased to have found such a competent company to handle my four properties in Columbia and comfort in being able to offer referrals without fear of being embarrassed!

The technician, Sami, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He kept me informed regarding his arrival time. He explained what part needed to be repaired and what the total cost would be, so there were no surprises. Our dryer was up and working within a half hour!
