This company built our pool in a new development. From the start there were issues. The pool was not build properly and required an acid wash as there were rough edges which was not performed. The pipes burst a few times. The spa light did not work and the jets failed in the span of a year. One of the heaters had to be replaced after just one year. The Aqua link remote device never worked and had to be replaced. It is quite unusual for all of these things to happen on a brand new build. They provided no education on how to operate the pool. They repeatedly blamed the developer for all of these issues and the developer blamed them in a classic blame game. We have also had several issues with getting them to respond or come fix things. Dave and the whole staff at Sea Crystal made the process of installing a in ground pool easy. They took care of everything from drawings to permits to the full installation of the pool. Any questions I had(which I had plenty) were answered right away in a way I can understand, even though I am not a pool person. I met with 6 pool contractors before deciding to go with sea crystal. They came highly recommended from a friend who Sea Crystal has done many pools for. I definitely made the right decision with Dave and his team. Sea Crystal has been servicing my pool since Dave Kocis and his crew essentially rebuilt it in 2019 - repiping, marble dusting, new drains and skimmers, and new tile all around. They did an excellent job that was completed on time and on budget. Since then, Sea Crystal has taken care of all aspects of pool maintenance. The technicians that come each week are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The office crew (Madison) is extremely responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about Sea Crystal Pools. I look forward to many more years of excellent service from them.

This company believes in great customer service and has great family values. I met Dave and his team just before the pandemic. From design, permitting process, scheduling and the finished product, Dave was extremely helpful all along the way. You would think, during a pandemic there would be bumps along the way, not the case, Dave made sure everything was in stock and scheduled prior to starting the project, and the results are absolutely beautiful. As far as service, to this day Dave’s brother Steve is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and is always willing to take the extra step to satisfy his clients!
