Sears Appliance Repair

Made an appt. A week ago for our fridge. Only able to schedule through AI on their end. First was advised technician would be out the next day. The next day advised they would be out the next Tuesday. On Tuesday between 8am and 5pm. At 4:50 pm due to staffing changes could come Thursday or next week. I'm tied up Thursday. I will never buy a kenmore appliance again. As a side note even though our fridge is labeled a Kenmore, it was made by LG. They constantly break down. I canceled the service call.

Marty was great! He explained everything very well so I could make an informed decision on the repair or replacement of my refrigerator.

Marty provided excellent service and advice; he was a pleasure to have help me. Marty returned to check on my washer from the service provided previously: he is fabulous, grateful he could return to fix the issue.

Technician was awesome. The appointment scheduler system with AI is horrible, not easily manageable.

Marty, my repair guy was excellent. Last time I had Cody. He was excellent. It seems the only problem with this whole company is a communication between corporate and the repair guys that are all around the front line cuz the repair guys got it going on and it seems there's always miscommunication with the phone calls from the call center being messed up or inaccurate or not letting the drivers know what is happening but luckily the drivers are overly helpful each time
