Security Septic

Despite the negative reviews, we got ahold of them to have our tank emptied. They were nothing short professional. Trevor was awesome, did the job efficiently, and even made the extra effort to make sure all questions were answered. He gave friendly advice too! I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

After realizing my septic tanks were full I contacted security septic. Their next available appointment was a week away. Once I explained the urgency of my tanks as they were full to the neck they told me they'd do their best to get someone out before then if possible, and they'd call the next day with an update. Not even two hours later I received a call letting me know the owner himself would come over the next morning and help me out. He arrived on time and did an excellent job and resolved all issues with my tanks. They truly care about their customers and understand what it's like to have things come up unexpectedly. Had to have septic tank pumped for sale of house (Isabella County requirement). We called Security Septic. They came out the next day, pumped what we thought was the septic. We paid them, in cash (no checks for them). Had the septic inspector come out after they were done. He advised us that our septic had NOT been pumped and that it was full. Talked to my realtor, former inspector for this service, our septic had not in fact been pumped out and the septic was full. I called business and talked to owner, Ross, after blaming us (we did not did out the septic lid--we were not asked to do this), telling us we had two different septic systems (we don't). Found out our septic tank was completely filled, they were able to come out the next day and empty it as well as being able to figure out the issue. They were extremely reasonably priced and friendly. Will be going back for sure. Ahem nvm. Welp this aged poorly! After we had the tanks drained we were informed the pump was shot and the outlet was trashed so we would need to have them come back out and replace the pump. No mention of the outlet or that we need an electrician, until they come back out, break my cover and have the audacity to charge us 175$ "service" fee . If you need your tank cleaned sure call em but anything else go to someone else. Great service from the initial phone call to the actual service provided. Called with a tank back-up and they were on it. Madison the tech was friendly and did a great job! I would recommend to anyone! Great work!
