To say I was appalled is an understatement. This company’s customer service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using them. In December, prior to purchasing my home, a sewer scope inspection identified a blockage in the main sewer line. This company was hired to clear it. The scope had been completed just four days before they performed the supposed cleaning. After living in the home for only one month, I experienced sewage backing up into my shower and water shooting out of the sewer clean-out pipe. I contacted the company, and they claimed there was no indication of a blockage when they previously serviced the line. Logan arrived promptly and was very polite and professional. He explained things to me and showed me how to change the furnace filter and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Definitely will recommend to others.

The repairman who was sent was courteous and answered all my questions. When a door knob fell off the door to the closet which he had to access to fix the leaks in the bathtub, he fixed that too. He had to shut off the water to fix the leaks in the bathroom. When he turned on the water again, he made sure the water was running ok everywhere. He replaced the shelving after he was done with the tub which is great because the shelving is a tight fit and I would have had a hard time doing that. He took a picture of the bathroom fixtures in case I decided to replace them at a future time since the fixtures are old.

Wow! They are the BEST!!! They found my furnace problem in the morning and before the end of the day I had a new furnace!!! I realize this may not be typical every time, they do the best they can!!! Thank You Weatherby’s!!!
