Sears Appliance Repair

A nightmare experience. Call customer service for a washer repair, paid everything upfront over $500 is more than the cost for some washers. Technician came couldn’t diagnose of fix the problem. Returned to my home multiple times still couldn’t. He then tells me he doesn’t know what is wrong with my washer and as such cannot repair it. He places a request for me to get 70% refund on my money, and to call the number I called to book the repair. No actual person is available to speak to me now, I keep getting referred to an AI agent who cannot process refunds. 6 months later, I don’t have working washer or my refund. I will never use their services again, should stick local repair guys.

Thomas was great to work with on both occasions he was at our home. Personable, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he was doing/finding as he was working on our dishwasher. 10/10 recommend him.

I could not be happier with the service I received! On time, called me to let.me know when he was going to show up. We trustworthy n full of information. I wouldn't change a thing. I will definitely call again if I need anything looked at or fixed.

Very good experience! Thomas was polite, thorough and knowledgeable. Problem that I was having did not recur during his visit. He checked to make sure that everything was operating properly.

Technician never showed up. Never received a call text or email. It's impossible to talk to a person, machine just hangs up on you.
