Still trying to resolve my issue. Samsung best poke refrigerator not working freezer stopped first, now after two techs messing with it nothing is working not cold 66 degrees inside. Now waiting for The next tech to install a dryer on compressor system. Looks like lost money/ food! Thank you !
Very nice and knowledgable. Found the problem immediately, produced a quote, and had the mower fixed in 15 minutes. Also gave me some good advice on maintenance to extend my mower’s service life. He deserves more than 5 stars.
The service technician was great. The estimate of repair given was criminal. For a $20 door lock replacement, Sears wanted to charge me $677 plus the Service fee already paid. Not good business.
Kelvin was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our dishwasher repairs. It was also very comforting to have his expertise from the initial appointment to the completion of all the repairs!
Very professional, efficient service technician. Cautious and thorough. He was easy to talk with. He kept his work area very neat and clean.
