Sears Appliance Repair

You can't talk to a live human anymore. AI only. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled without contacting me. They arrived outside the indicated time window. No way for me to request a refund for them wasting my time but if I had canceled with no notice like they did to me they would have charged me.

He was great an answered all the questions that I asked and he also asked me if had anymore questions and I thought that was nice!

David kept me informed all day of the time he was arriving. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was courteous and competent.

Absolutely the worst in customer service communication. The repair was done, (took over a month for Part to come in) the tech did the repair fine when he finally came back. However, all customer communication is AI. The phone number connects to a computer. No real agent to speak to. If you have a problem other than scheduling an appointment it’s a huge hassle. I will never use them again. Sears is not like it use to be. Find a repair place that runs their customer service with humans.

Unless you're seeking a service warranty .The other options are for an AI person, or will direct you to using the website which is not working properly .The AI person option resulted in my street name being misspelled. Also the time frame is wrong on the appointment confirmation texts. Am is used when it should be p.m. I spent half the day, prior to my appointment time frame, trying to contact someone to correct my street name. Each time I called.
