David P. was friendly & knowledgeable. He considerately covered his shoes while in the house. He supplied everything he needed to get the job done quickly. However, I believe the charge was too much. He was not transparent with the bill. For an hour’s work, I was charged for two hours labor plus tax. He didn’t return my call about this the next day, and I couldn’t talk to a person in customer service about it - everything is AI-driven. This was a frustrating experience. Also, because of the repetitive response given to other reviews, it’s apparent that the company’s reply to this is AI-generated. The 800 nbr given in the reply leads you to more AI “agents” which even say that there are no live agents & that they are an AI-only service. What has happened to customer service?! I would not

The service tech was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Enjoyed having him in my home. I was not impressed AT ALL with Sears scheduling. They will not vary from an arrival time, I was told I would get service at any time from 8 AM to 5 PM. My first day waiting for my appointment ended with a text in the LAST half hour of the day saying I'd have to reschedule, after wrecking my schedule to remain home for the visit that didn't happen. The rescheduled appointment only cost me a 3 hour wait.

Our technician, Timothy, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional as well as personable. We would highly recommend him and were grateful for his expertise.

Both repairmen were great. My problem is your use of AI, it had my address wrong and there was no way to talk to a real person to get it right. Plus, you overcharge for the part and especially for the service.

Technician was friendly and efficient. Bit pricey but glad to get an experienced and pleasant individual.
