Choice Home Warranty assigned them and had a confirmed appointment to fix my heat. I took off work and waitef, all day the website said I was next. I called after 5pm and got an AI assistant. I requested a person and was denied. After some searching I found a number that got me a human. They said staffing issues were to blame and rescheduled. No calls, no text, hey were having issues nothing..... It's negative degrees with no heat and I lost a days pay. Maybe they will show tomorrow but I won't hold my breath. RUN DONT WALK .

Frustrating service. We had the same repair technician visit 3 times for the same problem with our dryer. On the first visit, he made an insulting comment about our stove and practically scolded us about not have our dryer maintenenced annually, citing that as the cause for our issue. After greasing parts and reassembling the dryer, he was confident the problem was resolved. It wasn't. We called for a technician again and were told parts would need ordered. We agreed to wait for a 3rd visit while the parts were procured and were given a window of 8am-5pm. For the first 2 visits, we were given advanced notification that the tech would be arriving soon, but not on the 3rd visit--we were told "their system had the wrong info". Diagnostics fee was bit expensive but it was covered through insurance. Overall it was fast and reliable and convenient. Problem reported on Monday late night , technician arrived on Wed and placed an order for part, arrived on Friday and technician showed up on same day and fixed it .

John was exceptionally nice and informative. Explain what he was doing and why. Gave me tips on what the numbers on the turn dial meant and explained why the I was having issues.

Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He left the work space just the way it was before he started working on the machine. Very satisfied with the work that he did!
