Service tech was fantastic. However, the company overall does not communicate well. My original appointment was canceled. They didn’t tell me and left me hanging all day long. They did come out a few days later. Had to order parts for my repair and on the day were supposed to come out to fix my oven again they canceled without telling me and I wasted a whole day. They give you a window of time (8am-3pm) and never showed up during that window and it was well after the window that they finally text to tell you that are not coming out. When you call them, you just get an automated system so you can’t even get a status. They need much better communication. I would not recommend them if you’re looking to make sure they are going to come. But as I stated, the service tech really seemed to know h

It took 6 appointments to repair the dryer. One when a person came and assessed and ordered the part needed. An appointment was then scheduled to have the part installed and I waited from 8:00 am to 5:00pm and only at 5:20pm did I get a text message nobody was coming and I needed to schedule another appointment. It was now a third time and a person came and replaced the bad part and said now a different part needed to be ordered as a dryer was making an entirely new noise that it never did before. Now a fourth appointment was scheduled and again I waited from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and nobody showed up and at 5:15 PM was informed nobody was coming that day, so this is the second time that I had to take off work and missed an entire day and nobody showed up and they did not communicate at all u

Sears Home Service is terrible to work with. It is impossible to reach a person. They canceled my service appt on the day of the appointment twice now and the only option for a rescheduled appointment it 12 days. It has been 30 days since I scheduled and my parts have been at my home for a week and they will not come back for 2 more weeks. Do not recommend at all
