Vish was so kind, professional, and went the Xtra mile to remedy my situation of no heat! He seemed genuinely sympathetic to my situation. This man is a gem! He obviously is a hard worker who cares about the work he does. He is a rarity in this crazy world

Although the refrigerator was hopefully repaired, time will tell. He was a bit rude, didn’t introduce himself. “Demanded” I sign a wavier in case any thing was damaged or he was leaving. Broke the corner off a plastic shelf he removed then denied doing it until I showed him the shelf and piece that broke off. Told me it would be fine. I told him I paid too much for my week old fridge to already have broken parts. He did find a water line to the ice maker that wasn’t connected and reconnected it. It will take a while to see if it’s fixed.

Technician didn't show up twice, and they don't have a good customer service. I wouldn't recommend no one.

Excellent service! Robert called to let me know he was coming and arrived right on time. He assessed the problem with my clothes dryer was honest with his assessment. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with appliances.
