Sears Appliance Repair

We have home warranty and sears repair was the service provided. No wonder sears went out of business and I can tell you sears appliance repair will soon follow. First off you can’t reach anyone. It’s all automated. No matter what number you call it all goes to the same place with zero help. Service came out to inspect our dishwasher and the gentleman told us it was our drain pump. After 2 no call no shows finally got him out to replace the pump. Next morning same error LC code. Got another technician out the next week different guy. The gentleman was telling us how bad sears has become with this AI with scheduling, unhappy customersand and how frustrated he is having to fix other sears technicians jobs. He told us it was not the drain pump but the fact that it needed to be leveled and if

Bobby took his time to access and program my Nest thermostat. He was very nice and helpful. He also explained that my filters should be changed more regularly than they have been.

Darryal was helpful and informative. My dishwasher did not get fixed. I thought my service call charge of $119 could get applied back to a purchase of a new dishwasher if I bought one and had it installed by Sears. That is if the repair was too costly which it was. But Darryal was informative and told me that Sears no longer sells or installs new dishwashers. So I had to pay the service charge.
