Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was amazing. Went out of his way to get us back up and running. Problem was getting ahold of someone at sears. It’s all just automated can’t talk to a person. Very frustrating

This was the second trip to my home for the tech Gary to work on my Samsung ice maker. Round one he installed a new ice maker and told me it was good and then left. No ice was made. Three weeks later the same guy shows back up finally to fix it and does the exact same thing he done the last time and looks at me and says it’s good. I ask if he tested it and he said no that could take an hour to make ice and I’m not waiting for that and if you don’t like it you can call someone else to fix it I don’t care. I’ve paid over 400 dollars and that will be the last cent that a and e will ever get from my family

Very knowledgeable on his appliances . Courteous and very professional! Explained the issues I am having and listened to my concerns about the problems I having with this unit .

Service man was very nice had my washer fixed in know time

The repairman seemed to know his craft and completed his repair. My only gripe is I had to go over a month with out my Kenmore refrigerator.
