Sears Appliance Repair

Two times out of 4, Bobby stood us up. One time he lied and said no one was home and sent a picture of a foot of snow in my neighborhood and it was 70 degrees outside and we were home all day. Each time the reschedule was 10 days to 2 weeks out. The last time he was here, he said it was fixed but it wasn’t. After six weeks and four scheduled visits, it is still not repaired. My ice maker does not work. When you go to the address on Google, you find Hobby Lobby. The place doesn’t exist at that address and if you call all you get is AI. You can not talk to a person.

The technician was very kind, informative, and very helpful. Very professional. However -American Home Shield was never notified that the part needed to fix my refrigerator was no longer available. I have been without a refrigerator now for over a week. Someone dropped the ball.

Both technicians were professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. They solved my problem in no time! They both were also very friendly and kind! I appreciated them responding as quickly as I did too fix my appliance!

Gabriel knew what he was doing. He attacked my dishwasher back to the cabinet. Like it was before the first service man. Never attended to attach back the dishwasher. He left it alone after he repaired it. Gabriel is a very knowledgeable repair man.
