Bernard did an amazing job. From initial diagnosis to final repair was less than one week. That included ordering parts! He was very professional and knowledgeable.

My technician Bernard was very helpful, kind, and professional! He fixed the issue i was having with my front load washer super fast! I will definitely use this service again if any of my other appliances need servicing!

The service tech was friendly and thorough. The problem wasn’t obvious and he spent the time necessary to diagnose problem which turned out to be relatively minor. He was courteous and explained what he was doing and why which was of interest to me.

The tech had to schedule 3 weeks out. The window the day of service is 8 a.m to 5 p.m and all correspondence are through AI. The tech came on a Saturday because how many working folks can take a full day off? A new refrigerator with 1 function not working he is contracted through the manufacturer G.E. He arrived and was not familiar with the refrigerator model so this made him grumpy, he yanked on the frig with milk and other items that could easily tip over and spill. After he called GE and found the wiring drawing he proceeded to test the circuit board in the area where the function was not working in turn shorting out the whole frig so now it won’t cool or freeze.
