Sears Appliance Repair

I’m extremely disappointed with the service tech who did nothing to fix the problem. There is still cold air flowing through the house when the heat should be blowing. He did not stay around to see if just putting the heat on 80 would generate heat. It has been running for over 30 minutes now it’s cold air And it’s still on 75. I stayed in town for this appointment. Someone needs to come fix my heat today so I can leave tomorrow going back to Georgia.

I don’t know what the technician did. He did not tell me when he left. He did not tell me if the issue had been resolved. He has not returned my message. Once I know the status, I will be able to assign an appropriate rating.

Technician Dimitri was on time when diagnosed the problem with our GE refrigerator. Ordered parts when parts arrived called and he was here the next day, one hour later he was finished and gone!! Excellent service!!
