Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was so friendly and quick getting the washer fixed. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication with the company itself. I hate the fact that I have to clear my entire day to wait for them to come. Also, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. And each appointment rescheduled is at least a week out (the last rescheduling was 10 days from the second rescheduled appointment). I haven't had my washer in over a month. For the second rescheduled appointment, we did not receive any communication about the technician not being able to make it that day until the next day. So we stayed home and canceled our original plans for absolutely no reason. If feels like they don't value their customers at all. When you go to the service site to check

Last two technicians were wonderful, very pleasant and cleaned up work space before leaving my home. The washer works great without any issues. Fortunately I have a 5-year warranty on my washer so I did not have to pay anything for the repair. They replaced the actuator and one other part I can't remember the name.

Nathan was amazing. Very professional, knew how to diagnose the problem and when they returned to fix it, he was quick and efficient. His coworker that was with him was also very pleasant. Thank you for great customer service!

Dave was my technician. He did a great job and very personable. I have an appointment for two other appliances on the 19th (washer and dryer). Hopefully I will get Dave again. Sears is my appliance repair service from now on. Get job.
