Brandon W did everything a homeowner would want. Communicated his scheduling and time of arrival clearly, consistently. Assessed what was needed. Not his fault that Sears took weeks to locate a simple gasket. He let us know what he was doing and why. He obviously cares about his work.

Frank arrived at the early end of the time frame. Communication before, during, and after my service call helped reduce stress of having my washing machine fixed. Service was impeccable. I would highly recommend!

I called and they were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment the very next day. They had to special order the part which came to my home. Within the next two days the part came in and the technician returned. My oven was working agin within the same week. The technician, Brandon, was very respectful and you had a estimate before any work was done so you knew the total cost up front and could decide to proceed or not.

Had them out to do regular maintenance on a stove, frig, washer and dishwasher. Dishwasher will not work AFTER tech did maintenance on it. Tried to get them to come chk issue and tech told me not unless I paid him? Told him it’s warranty. Basically told me tough crap, and he’s not coming unless paid again to find out what was done to disable it? Stay away from this business is the BEST advice I could give anyone. At least check their reviews before you get screwed over.

Don- The Sears technician offered fast and friendly service! It was a pleasure to meet him! He made me feel right at home! He patiently explained to me everything I needed to know about the dishwasher! I would recommend him to anybody! Very precise and thorough!
