Sears Appliance Repair

Do not waste your time or money. Had an agent come out to check my Samsung dryer that wouldn’t get hot. Didn’t take one screw out. Or look at the dryer. Tells me it’s the heating element. Looks up the cost to repair on his phone. Tells me it’s 750 dollars to repair. I declined service. Still charged me 160 dollars just to tell me something i already knew. Although the agent seemed very knowledgeable I would not recommend sears services to anyone without a warranty. I feel like I got scammed.

I’d just like to say that Brian did a fantastic job with my free annual tuneup and said that everything was running fine. He was very friendly, and I believe he is a great addition to the Sears company. Thank you very much Brian. Please keep up the GREAT work!

He did well today! On time and fixed fast. Finally my dryer is working. That's why I'm giving 5 stars for todays appointment. However, with rescheduled appointments etc.. and when you try talk to sears you get an ai. Overall it took 3 tries this year to fix it.

Very disappointed- Brian was fine - however he said that there was only a certain amount of time allotted for my warranty company to approve the repair and because it took them over 25 minutes to respond and approve the repair- he told me the order was cancelled. Plus he told me that I would need to remove all the water in the washer for when and if he returned- instead of him just using a wet vac!! I spent an hour going back and forth with a bucket !!!! That was a disgrace!!!

The technician Brian arrived right on time and was incredibly helpful from the start. He diagnosed the issue with my washer immediately and assured me he’d resolve it as quickly as possible. His efficiency was outstanding—he fixed the problem fast without any unnecessary delays. I’m thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Sears repair services!
