George was friendly and knowledgeable about my snow thrower. He gave me an honest opinion on what I needed to totally repair my snow thrower. After his visit I will not hesitate to use your service again if I need repairs that you cover.
The service person was wonderful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. My only issue is the price. It shouldn't cost $199 to reattach a. wire. He removed the back with an electric gun, pulled the wires together and twisted them, then put electrical around it. He replaced the back and that was it. Sorry but $199 is an outrageous price for that service. No parts to replace.

Neil was extremely personable and helpful. He was able to make the repair on my oven quickly and efficiently, plus gave me tips on care and maintenance. One of the better repairman I've had visit.
Service tech Jeffrey K was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the issue with the leaks and icemaker/water dispenser. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Used my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and it was covered completely.
