Sears Appliance Repair

I wasn’t sure my furnace was acting correctly as my Nest thermostat sent me a report that my furnace was not heating for short periods of time and the temperature would drop by a degree or two. I Putin a claim with Choice Home Warrenty and they sent Michael from Sears Appliance repair, he introduced himself and we had a short conversation. He went right to work and discovered a sensor was dirty. He methodically cleaned, replaced it and my furnace is running very smoothly and heating properly once again. Michael was very polite and efficient. He is good furnace tech and please keep him around!

Was able to track when the technician was arriving. Caleb was very polite, professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. They were also very efficient with getting the furnace running properly.

The technician arrived promptly and was very nice. Fixed the problem with our range door correctly and quickly while focusing on safety. He was maticulous with gathering all needed information before starting. Worth every penny!

Tech who did the repair was nice but took a crap in my basement bathroom… seriously!? The fist tech complained about my staircase. Overpriced as well, they ordered my part off of Amazon and I had to move my washer/dryer. What the hell did I pay for? Would not recommend Sears.

The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem that two previous service providers failed to detect, and fix the problem. He also took the time to explain what the issue was.
