Sears Appliance Repair

Gregg came to my home, reviewed the repair and ordered the part. Gregg has not been back since and it's been 2 months. I was advised by Sears service that the claim was closed by the tech and that I the customer cannot reopen the claim and would need to file a new claim. Today was my new service date. Part in hand. Gregg was supposed to return to finish the job between 8am-5pm. Gregg rescheduled for two days from now for 8-5 again.. as if I don't have a job. I took off today, and will now have to take off Wednesday. Maybe work on prioritizing your work better. Could'nt reach a live agent to discuss options. Sears service is a joke. Update: my appointment had been rescheduled for today. I took work off again, but received yet another text to reschedule my appointment again. That's 3 times

The technician did a good job but my appt was cancelled 5 times without a phone call or reason for it. I tried for hours to talk to a person but could only talk to an AI assistant. I wasted several days taking off work for my appts that were eventually cancelled. It took over 3 weeks to get my washer fixed. I don’t recommend using this warranty service.

I was able to get a next day service call appointment. That was wonderful! The technicial was quick to diagnose the issue with my GE Washing Machine. We chose to not have the repair done due to the age of the machine, and repair cost vs price for a new machine. Paid $119 for the service call. I will definitely use this service again though.

Dre did an awesome job! Very polite, knowledgeable and quick. He took the time needed to make sure my oven was working properly again. He’s definitely a keeper

Run!! these people/insurance we paid for haven't fixed anything and now they are simply avoiding us. Beyond unprofessional calling the better Business bureau since they can't give us back our money or fix a freaking washing machine.
