Our assigned technician, Chuck, was fantastic. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sears dispatch did their very best to sell a warranty package before my scheduled appointment where my appliance’s issue was to be diagnosed. Minus 1 star for that
He was very knowledgeable about my range/oven. He did a complete check and was able to identify the problem and he repaired the issue. Also checked to make sure the oven was working properly.
Very nice guy - issue was not fixed, however. Need to set up another appointment now.
Chuck was very helpful and thorough with my repair. I appreciate him taking the time to test my washing machine to ensure it worked properly after the repair.
Always great working with the technicians. We used the home warranty multiple times now, no complaints.
