Sears Appliance Repair

Two men arrived and immediately started working on the washing machine. They were able to solve the problem quickly and now I have a like new washer. They were both pleasant and professional. I am very happy with the service.

Mr. M. Fiallo successfully identified the issue with the over two-week delay. I was particularly frustrated with the previous technical support representative. I wish i could give them negative STARS.!!! They're among the worst companies in town. Not only do they lie but the also make up ridiculous appointments. They expect you to be available between 8AM and 3PM. They have the audacity to show up 10 min before 3pm and then claimed that nobody opened the door when you clearly see that nobody showed up to the door by looking at the ring camera. Also, it is virtually impossible to reach someone on the phone. They have a phone number to confirm times and/or reschedule but never to speak to someone. You can literally waste hours trying to reach someone and hit dead ends. I hope someone in the company sees this review!!! They need to see that their service team could do a better job. Rob was excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable. Although my washer could not be repaired he explained the problem thoroughly. I would like to request him should I need assistance with any appliance in the future.

Technician was cold and impersonal. My wife is still not able to close the dishwasher properly. It might be an equipment malfunction, but that is no reason for the Technician to tell us that he would not come back again even if we resubmit the request through American Home Shield.
