Our repair technician, Donald, was very polite, found our washer’s problem very quickly, ordered the necessary part and then returned to install it efficiently. We were very pleased with Donald’s work! However, the organization and administration of the repair service was awful. To be told that you need to stay home for 9 hours to have repair service is totally unacceptable. The coordinator of service scheduling is incompetent, disorganized and communicates poorly with clients. Early in the day, the client should be told that the service repair will happen in the am or pm. There should not be a 9 hour window of waiting; by the day of the repair, the client should know to expect the service to be early am, mid/late morning, early afternoon or late afternoon. The service tech seemed well experienced and answered any questions I had. He was patient with my apparent interest of learning and being involved. I provided the information about the refrigerator in advanced, so they probably knew the parts wouldn’t be available to fix the refrigerator then but they still came anyway to take my money and walk away without resolving the issue…

I Made a repair appointment with the online chat AI for a dryer repair, was given a next day appointment with a SIX hour time slot. Waited all day and no technician showed up, and no courtesy phone call either. Then after searching high and low for a phone number to connect me to a live person to talk to, she tells me, "sorry, the tech couldn't make it, you'll need to reschedule for four days from now". I said I can not wait til then, thanks alot. Going to buy a new dryer after this!

Wayne was so nice. Patient, explained everything to us. Next time something breaks we’d love to have him come back

Technician are excellent, especially. Stephen and Lori.The time it takes to get service and repair needs to be looked at,1 month for completed repair doesn,t make any sense.So relieved to have my washer back and good shape. Thank you Stephen for going the extra for us!
