Total scam artists. What a waste of money and time. Told us they would be here between 8-12. Showed up after 12. On the phone, they said they could repair our ice maker during an easy 10 min visit. They charged $129 for a useless diagnostics visit. Did not bring any repair parts. Now, they say we need to pay an additional $640. We looked up the part. It costs $20. We’ve ordered it and will repair it ourselves. Then they had the audacity to call us and ask us to sign up for an appliance warranty. Avoid these scammers.

Technician Joseph S #0591057 installed Door Boot Seal on a Whirlpool Duet upside down, with (4) drain holes on top of door. On top of that, telling me I need a $35 hose when the part costs less than $15. All in all, a technician (my 9yr calls him Distechnician; even spotted the tabs on old door boot seal, one showing UP, the other showing DOWN), put in the opposite way, costs $400 for a botched up job.

I never give 1 star reviews but please read this one. If you have any issues with your appointment or need a refund you have to speak to their phone service which is now "Samantha" an AI operator. I needed a refund as they had me order a part and pay up front for the service but when they got there the new tech said it was the wrong part and the dishwasher, Bosch, discontinued the parts. He told me I needed to call the 800 number and now I'm dealing with the AI deal and she refers me to their website where there is no way to get help! Find someone local with a human that can help you. Signed, I'm out $600's.

The service was fine. But I was charged $129 diagnostic fee which is fine. He ordered the piece that was broken which was a little knob. It arrived through Amazon at my doorstep. On Amazon, it was $12.99. They charged me A total of $250 so $120 more to install the knob which was a one minute thing and I Could have easily done myself. They should’ve just told me what I needed and had me replace it. When I’m calling to complain, there’s only an AI person to deal with. So frustrating.
