David was thorough, polite and professional. Fortunately, the issue involved a more complete cleaning of the exhaust outlet and filter. Once the cleaning was completed there was plenty of heated air through the exhaust.

Bryan was great. Very professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes and shared a lot of knowledge on the current dishwasher and other potential brands if we needed to get a new one. Would highly recommend.

The technician, Bryan, gets my 5 star rating. However, I do not recommend Sears home appliance repair due to the fact that communication is only with AI ChatBot. When attempting to use the chat feature, the user is required to choose from menu options, and there was not an option to type in a question or a topic other than what was offered in the menu. The process to determine what was wrong with my DW took 4 visits. The initial $ 129 service fee is guaranteed for 30 days if the same issue arises. The ChatBot not only was not adhering to this policy, but also relayed the date of an appointment incorrect, even though the confirmation of my visit was posted to my text message with the correct date.
