Once the correct technicians arrived at my house after 5 tries, they did a great job completing the repair. The scheduling issues I encountered was solely because of the AI /bot scheduling system.

I was scheduled from 8am-3pm today for a dryer repair. No one showed up but I got a notification my service was complete at 2:38pm which is not true. I did not receive a response phone call notifying me that the service may not happen. I called to see if I could get a status or explanation and I can’t even speak to anyone. It is all AI generated and the fake person doesn’t understand or direct in the way need. To top of everything this is the third time a person is coming it because our issue was misdiagnosed the first time. Beyond aggravated!

Sean was great. He was professional and discussed the work he did in order for me to understand what was wrong and what was fixed in order to resolve the problem. Highly recommend.

Although my washer want fixable, the technician did everything he could to find me the part I needed, which has been discontinued. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible. Charged $138.00 for absolutely nothing. Tech did not even open the lid of the dryer. I know because the dryer was not moved. He told me I needed a new PBA (Printed Board Assembly) but Samsung no longer had the part and I could order it from Amazon and watch You Tube on how to install it. Very Very Disappointing!
