Phuoc was great! Replaced the part quickly and patiently answered all my husband’s questions about our 25 year old Maytag stove.
Very nice man.Unfortunately,my Kenmore washer is toast..Had another quote that was close to $800.His quote was a total rebuild for well over $1000.
The repairman came Friday and replaced the dryer heating element and it worked on Saturday and now today it’s not working again. The dryer is not heating up! Something more is wrong with the dryer!
Our Sears Appliance Repair technician, Walter, delivered excellent, professional service with a friendly smile. He was courteous and thorough as he diagnosed problems with our refrigerator and then gave us valuable advice for our next steps. We’re very pleased we called Sears and Walter answered the call.
