Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for them to come out to my home to look at my locked oven. The repairman came pulled my oven out with no handtruck (aka a dolly) and tried unplugging and replugging it to fix it (as if we hadn't tried that.) As he was attempting to put it back I told him he was cracking the top of the stove and he said it was already like that to which I replied it had a crack but he was further breaking it and asked again if he needed a handtruck. He said no and proceeds to manhandle it back into place now scratching my floor. I was obviously shocked and did let some expletives come out of my mouth, but he said NOTHING. Not an apology, NOTHING. Just finished what he was doing and told me the cost of the repair and said that I'd have to call

I've spent hours trying to cancel an appointment I no longer need. The online portal doesn't work, the representative I spoke to failed to cancel my service and the chat bot can't find the appointment. But I'm still getting texts and emails confirming the appointment I don't need or want. I already hired a better company to fix my dishwasher. Canceling should be easy, this is ridiculous!

A repairman, named Al, cam e and replaced a faulty ice make in our Samsung refrigerator. He was wonderful!! He was efficient, friendly, yet professional. Hope this complement gets to him. He deserves it!! Vicki
