Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I will start with summary of my experience in few words STAY AWAY ! from Sears refrigeration home services and Kenmore product. We have purchased Kenmore Elite french door refrigerator in 2012 and after 4 years in service last year we had to replace compressor (fortunately under warranty) this year however another major repair this time condenser not covered by warranty after 5 years cost $700. But the worst part of all this was trying to have it repaired. After four days after ordering parts thru Sears parts direct I have been notified that my parts are on back order without any time frame of when I can get them. I went on my own and ordered parts from eBay. After confirmation with expedited shipping I scheduled repair with Sears. On the day of the service I took a half day off from work

I have insurance with American Home Shield and when I requested service to fix my AC they assigned Sears Heating and Cooling. A technician came to my house told me I need new AC since my current AC is too old. He said he let AHS know. The technician never told AHS or made a detailed report on what he did. The Technician was from this location. Now Sears can't do anything and neither AHS without report from the technician. I tried calling this location after waiting on the line for 20 mins a lady picks up the call and I tell her what happened. I let her know that I'm trying to find the technician she yells "Sir!! what did he work on?!" I replied "My AC" She transferred my call to sears general customer service i had already called them before.

Didn't show up...had no idea who I was when inquiring about why they haven't showed up on time..
