Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Tech was great as usual. Job done in one day. I’m Happy considering it’s my AC and it’s hot out again. He didn’t have my specific part in his truck but he went out got the part and came back within an hour and completed my repair.

The technician was not able to identify the issue with my A/C, nor did he provide me with the details of how he troubleshooted. My case was re-assigned to another company and the diagnosis was identified quickly, and the issue was determined to be something any HVAC service person should be able to identify if they have the proper training. In addition, he may have caused more damage to my system when he was trying to determine the issue. I have been trying to contact Sears to receive the details of my service appointment but I am not able to get a live person, only AI. I tried both options to contact you and I am not able to get a live person, it only allows me to talk to an AI named Samantha.

Joshua was fantastic! Found the issue with our washer fast and fixed it even faster! Also tested it to ensure it was functioning. Great service!

Hector was awesome and very thorough. He repaired our refrigerator and cleaned all of our appliances. He was knowledgeable about the service and walked us through what he had done. I would recommend.

The tech was very nice it took 5 minutes to install the water filter. The charge was 191.00 for 5 minutes.Seems unreasonable to me.won't b using your company again. Sears has a great reputation and my aunt work for you all for many years this is why I used your service.
