Seaside Plaza-Jackson Street Parking Garage

My best friend parked us here today when we were heading to Dr. Phillips Center to watch a play. She prepaid ahead and we found a spot on the third floor. It states for you to not back in park but it's almost necessary since it eases leaving the spot when heading out. The parking building is pretty close to where we were going so that was a positive. We did not bother with the elevator because there were too many folks waiting for it so we walked up the levels and were out pretty quickly.

It was less than the other parking garages and they were fair when I made a mistake and had to leave because I was in the wrong part of downtown.

It was a rainy evening so it was a little difficult to spot the entrance. The attendent was helpful finding and validating my pre-paid parking on my phone. One of my passengers has difficulty walking, so I purchased accessible parking. I was directed to the second level and parked next to the elevator. But the elevator was not working, so we went down the stairs that led to a back alley, then walked some distance in the rain to the street. After the Cirque, getting the car was worse. The door for the stairs was locked, so we had to walk down into the garage, then up the steep ramp to the second level. Not recommended for disabled.

Do not enter if you have anything other than a car. Entrance is extremely low. I have a regular pick up and it damaged my antenna and roof.
