Seaside Plaza Parking Garage

I bought reserved a space ahead of time for an event, but there was absolutely no parking for me, or many others. There were a lot of people parking in front of the stairs and by the walls so I ended up being late to a performance I got tickets for 8 months ago because I needed to find somewhere new to park.

Once we found the parking and we had the prepaid pass easy to enter and exit. Great central point for the event at the Walt Disney Theatre. Plenty of spots to park. A bit pricey!

It's not always the easiest parking garage to maneuver. The spaces are smaller than most parking garages, but still my preferred place to park when going to an event at Dr Phillips Center

This place is a scam!!! They have a sign when entering The Park house with the following rates posted 1-30 min $2 31-60min $4 61-90 min $6 We parked at 12:14pm We exited the parking lot at 1:02pm same day. We were charged $10 for an hour of parking despite what rates were posted! Don’t go here and get scammed!
