Damon was amazing help me out when I needed help the most we lost the keys to the office and we had important information before our flight to New York. Damon was very flexible. A made sure to come on time. Was there within 10 minutes and provided excellent service highly recommended good manners, good personality good person overall takes care of his customers and actually gives them the best solutions.

TL,DR: Smith was extremely late and charged over double the quote. Made an appointment for 8am - no one showed. Called back, got put through to a smith, and they showed up around 10. They also charged double what their own people had quoted (450 vs "180-220"). It is fine to use subcontractors. But if you do, you need to be on the same page as them. You can't make me an 8am appointment and then not confirm that a tech will actually be arriving at that time. This is less bad if you're unemployed and hanging out at your own house - it's really not okay if you're waiting at a park and ride to get let back into your own car. Damon helped me out. It was a tough situation. A key got stuck in the door and he calmed the whole situation down. Explain everything saved the lock did not even destroy it. I highly recommend him to anybody that needs any type of help.
